What areas do you cover?
We travel nationwide, but the most cost effective journeys, either start or finish somewhere in the Greater Midlands, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire areas.
How much does it cost?
Our rates are calculated based on a combination of mileage and waiting time. Please contact us either by email or telephone for an instant quotation?
How and when do we pay?
We accept all major credit / debit cards, and payment can also be made by bank transfer. If you have not used our company before we require a deposit when booking, and full payment before the journey date. Regular clients can be invoiced after the journey(s) has taken place.
Is there any charge for payment by credit/debit card?
There is no processing fee for debit cards. For payment by credit card there is a fee of 2.5% and by American Express 4%
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that your own schedule may be subject to change, and therefore will only apply a cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation at late notice. Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled pick up time require payment in full of the agreed hire rate.
What are the arrangements for Airport Pick ups?
We monitor your flight arrival time, and will arrive at the Airport 20 minutes after your flight has landed (unless you want us to arrive earlier/later). Your chauffeur will have a ‘Welcome board’ with your name printed onto it, and will meet you at the arrivals gate. Alternatively if you prefer we will provide the chauffeur’s telephone number, and you can call him when you are in the arrivals hall, to arrange for him to pick you up outside the terminal building. We will assist you with your luggage, and transfer you to your final destination in safety and comfort.
Do you offer any discounts?
We are happy to discuss discounts for multiple reservations and repeat journeys.
How do we make a reservation?
Either by calling 0121 356 5088, or emailing the details of your journey to firstname.lastname@example.org . Please note that reservation by email can only be accepted during office hours, out of office hours please telephone.
What are your opening hours?
Our telephones are manned 24/7, and our office is open between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and between 10am and 2pm on Saturday.
